The Enrico Biscotti Company is teaming up with PASA (Pennsylvania Association For Sustainable Agriculture) on Monday, September 22nd for the Local Food Week.

We will be hosting Gretchen Schmitt, a Registered Dietitian of 22 years and accomplished thespian & playwright.  We will be focusing on Gretchen's newly published book, "Honey for All," a book that builds awareness for all people on the important role that Honey Bees play with collecting of nectar and making honey.  The presentation will address issues that face the Honey Bees, the importance of Beekeeping, Honey "fun facts," and cooking with Honey.

The event will include a dinner with a focus on honey prepared by our chef, Kate Romane, and tips on how to use honey while cooking at home.  

The event starts at 6:30 pm and lasts until 8:30 pm. 

The cost is $35 dollars per person and includes Local Eats, Local Wine from the Carlos Garage Winery, and Local Honey.

No reservations required.  Just show up.
