This is the first in a series of Local Food Preservation Workshops held throughout 2009 at Kimberton Whole Foods to help launch the Good Food Neighborhood. Betsey Gerstein Sterenfeld of Essen Cooking School in Lancaster will lead a small group through a hands-on tour of this age-old technique. You’ll never look at produce the same way again. Featuring:

About the Series:
