It's the height of summer and time for PASA's 3rd Annual Buy Fresh Buy Local® SUMMER FARM TOUR!

Come out for a ‘Behind-the-Barn’ look at local food!

This year includes 20 participating farms across Western PA!

The tour costs $10 per carload for as many farms as you can visit in a single day!

This is a great opportunity to forge personal connections with local farmers!

Farm will have products for sale, walking tours and hayrides, kid-friendly activities, tasty samples and live, hands on demonstrations.

Pounds Turkey Farm offers a Walking tour of farm, includes beef cattle.  Highlight of tour will be 3-4 flocks of turkeys – various stages of growth. (Will have a flock of 1200 new 2 day old poults to be observed) Discussion of our philosophy, methods, feeds & feed system, water challenges, cleanliness, processing /product development, what makes us different, etc. 

Over 75 Turkey products made here on our farm, chicken & our own beef too.  Samples available & FREE package of Ground Turkey or Turkey Sausage with $12 store purchase.
