This workshop will feature summer crops like tomatoes, zucchini and peppers. 

Expert canners will demonstrate a variety of preservation techniques and participants will have a chance to put up some of their own produce.  Bring your own garden produce or purchase some at the workshop (members of PASA's south central regional committee are working with the Kitchen Shoppe to have fresh local produce available). Participants should also bring pint-sized canning jars.
