PASA Benefit Dinner
On the fourth Thursday of each month, Casbah hosts an elegant dinner benefiting a deserving organization. Guests are asked to write their checks directly to the beneficiary. We provide the food, wine and service. The beneficiary gets a substantial financial donation, our guests enjoy a great meal, and we have an opportunity to introduce ourselves to new diners. Everybody wins! Chef Eli Wahl works with the organization to create the perfect Casbah menu for the evening, drawing inspiration from seasonal foods. During April, 100% of your dinner check goes directly to the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture.
The Menu will feature:
Bread, butter & house spreads
Mesclun Greens Salad with roasted baby carrots, toasted fennel seed & tarragon vinaigrette, crispy shallots
Walleye with morel mushrooms, ramps, asparagus, pea puree
Potato Gnocchi with roasted pork, rosemary, rapini, red pepper flakes, Pecorino Romano
Elysian Fields Farm lamb loin with white bean-garlic puree, haricot verts, shallots, thyme jus
Buttermilk Mousse, and Cornmeal cookies, spiced apple compote, candied walnuts.
