Fried Chicken Nights!

Every Thursday night is Fried Chicken Night at Kaya. Why? Because big Burrito’s Chef Bill Fuller likes fried chicken. A lot.
We use all natural, locally raised chickens. We marinate them in buttermilk, toss them in seasoned flour and fry 'em up. You get a half a chicken (cut up, of course); that’s a wing, a thigh, a leg and a breast. This pile of poultry of comes with warm Reyna tortillas, and a couple of ever-changing sides (for example – slaw, roasted sweet potatoes, and greens).
