Beyond Twenty Degrees: Can Chocolate be Local this far away?

This talk focuses on the complexities of eating local in a global context and will be followed by a chocolate tasting. 

Join Chatham University's Food Studies Program as they head out to Eden Hall Farm each month for a a variety of activities.

Emily Stone, MFA from the University of Pittsburgh, has had her writing appear in the magazines Budget Travel, Travel + Leisure, and Time Out New York, as well as on the websites World Hum and Epicurious. Her blog is called Chocolate in Context. 

PLEASE CONTACT STUDENT AFFAIRS AT CHATHAM UNIVERSITY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING OR WANT TO REGISTER FOR TRANSPORTATION.  VANS WILL BE LEAVING FROM CHATHAM’S MAIN CAMPUS AT APPROXIMATELY 3 PM.
