Setting the Spring Table

The weekend highlights "Setting the Spring Table" and features culinary classes exhibiting the art of cooking with Jamison Farm lamb and roasting Elysian Fields leg of lamb. Epicureans can indulge in a La Prima Coffee tasting, the opportunity to enjoy a reserve tasting wine experience, a five-star dinner at Lautrec as well as a champagne soiree and sabrage.
