DONNA’S DULCE DELICIOUS™ PUMPKIN ROLL

Background ingredients: Cheese, Eggs, Teas, Raw Milk Cheese,
Pumpkin Roll
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flower
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Filling
- 1 Jar La Dorita Dulce de Leche
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
Oven 375°
- Grease medium cookie sheet.
- Cover with wax paper – grease again.
- Mix all ingredients for pumpkin roll.
- Spread batter on prepared greased cookie sheet then sprinkle with nuts (optional)
- Bake for 15 minutes
- On a linen towel, sprinkle sugar.
- Turn cake onto towel. Peel off wax paper.
- Roll cake and towel lengthwise.
- Let cool for 1 hour.
- Prepare filling
- Unroll cake. Spread filling. Roll back up.
- Refrigerate and cut in to slices
- Makes 2 9inch rolls.
- Cover and store cake in refrigerator.
