DULCE DELICIOUS™ CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Background ingredients: Butter, Eggs, Oats, Flour, Teas,
- 11 ½ ounces 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 ounces La Dorita Dulce de Leche
- 1 cup(s) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup(s) unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 ½ cups oats, uncooked
Oven 375°
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color and once it has achieved a fluffy and airy texture. Add dulce de leche, eggs and vanilla, one at a time. Mix on low speed until incorporated. Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
