Essential Eating Sunrise Pancakes

Background ingredients: Butter, Yogurt, Flour, Syrup, Raw Milk Yogurt,
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup Essential Eating Sprouted Flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together until blended. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, greased griddle or cast-iron skillet until bubbles begin to form on the top; flip, and continue to cook until done. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
