Goat Meat and Kraut

4 lbs goat meat/rear quarter

1 lg can sauerkraut

1 lg onion chooped

3 T minced garlic

4 T Worchestershire sauce

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Place meat in roasting pan. Spread sauerkraut with juice around and on top of meat in pan;
Slice onions and put on top of meat.  Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper and Worchestersire sauce on top. Cover and cook at 300 degrees, basting several times with it's own juices during cooking.  Cook for 4 hours until meat falls off bone. NOTE: Garlic cloves may also be left whole and placed into slits made with sharp knife into thick portions of the meat.
