1/4 cup =2 tbls. dulce de leche, divided

1 graham cracker pie crust   

pecans chopped

1 cup milk   

2/ 4oz. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling

1 cup canned pumpkin or sweet potato

1tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

8 oz cool whip, divided

 

Pour 1/4 cup dulce de leche into the pie crust, cover with chopped pecans

 

Whisk together in a bowl, milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices.

 

Stir in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.

 

top with remaining dulce de leche and pecans 

 

Chill at least 1 hour

 

add cool whip before serving.
