Maple Muffins

Background ingredients: Butter, Milk, Flour, Raw Milk,
2 Cups Flour 1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
3 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt 3/4 Cup Burke's Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Sugar 1/4 Cup Milk
Stir together dry ingredients. Add butter and blend well. Add egg, pure maple syrup and milk. Stir until well blended (DO NOT BEAT). Fill greased muffin tins about 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
