Refrigerator Pickeld Banana Peppers

Mason Jars with lids

White Vinegar

Salt (optional)

water (optional)

Sliced and seeded yellow banana Peppers

Slice and seed yellow bananna peppers, fill jars with peppers.  Add white vinegar, salt and water.  Add water to tone down the vinegar.  I use only a small amount of water because I like them with a lot of vinegar. Also if you want to add salt you can. Keep refirgerated.  Keeps in refrigerator at least a month or more.  Great on sandwiches and salads.
