Rosemary Lamb Chops (From Clan Stewart Farm Website)

1 cup Teriyaki sauce

1 cup white wine

1 crushed garlic clove

½ tsp rosemary

The day before you plan to cook the chops, marinade lamb in the mixture of Teriyaki sauce, wine, and garlic. The next day broil or grill until done and sprinkle with rosemary.
