You will need:

- 1 whole chicken

- 1 Tbs salt

- 2 tsp sugar

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp onion flakes

- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/2 Tbs lemon juice

- 2 Tbs olive oil

- 6-8 leaves from Sun Aqua Farms Hydro Basil plant

Chop basil leaves. Mix all ingredients including basil until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Rub onto chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes per pound of chicken.
