Veggie Sauce

Heat a few tablespoons of oil (olive or canola).

Add some chopped, fresh garlic and sautee.

Chop veggies of choice such as zucchini, brocolli, onions, spinach, and tomatoes.

Add to sauteed garlic and cook until al dente.

Add fresh chopped basil (genovese or lemon) and enough white wine to cover the veggies.

Continue to simmer until veggies done to taste.  Thicken sauce with water and cornstarch.

Serve over pasta, chicken, or pork.  Or combine pasta, chicken,and sauce.
