Our Beef is raised right on our farm and is fully inspected. Our beef is of super quality and our ground beef is very lean.
Pork
Our Pork is also of high quality. They are fed a grain, milk, and the whey from our cheese.
Veal
Our veal is all milk fed. Our veal is fully inspected and butchered with all specialty cuts.

We make a Ricotta Cheese made from goats milk. We use our homemade cheese in most of our products. We have Manicotti, Pierogi, Cherry Cheese Pierogi, Blueberry Cheese Pierogi, Blintzes, Broccoli Ch More..
