About Burke's Maple
We own and operate a maple syrup farm located north of Carbondale, near beautiful Crystal Lake and Elk Mountain Ski Resort. We produce 100% all natural, pure maple syrup. With our sweet syrup, we make maple glazed walnuts, maple candy, maple cream and maple sugar.
Hours of Operation
If we are home, we are open. You may come to our farm to pick up products or we will try to make a mutual arrangement for delivery.Other Spots to Find Us
