About Healcrest Urban Community Farm

Healcrest Urban Farm will be offering produce throughout the summer on the Farm & will be taking FMNP & WIC.

Healcrest Urban Farm is partnering this year with Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation Youth Activity Center, The St. Margaret School Health Partnership & both Fort Pitt Elementary & The Neighborhood Academy!! Also look for summer youth activities with TASK (Teens Against Senseless Violence).
