It's pretty tough to argue with the beauty and taste of strawberries picked and delivered the same day, raw milk cheddar aged in a Lancaster County cave, grass-fed and pastured ribeye, or double-thick, double-smoked nitrite/ nitrate-free bacon served alongside free-range eggs. Produce coming in from over a dozen local farmers on a weekly basis, Metropolitan breads, La Colombe coffee and espresso drinks. It only sounds good because it is good.
