About Turner Dairy Farms
Turner Dairy Farms is proud to bring the freshest, highest quality, "rBST/rBGH Free" milk from local farms to local families!
Turner's currently has an exclusive partnership with 49 local family dairy farms, all located within 70 miles of our processing facility, to provide us with the best "rBST free" milk available. Some of these families have been supplying us with milk since the 1940s and 50s, across several generations of their family tree. We are proud to support and utilize local and sustainable agriculture and have done so since 1930!

Turner Dairy Farms replies.. Mia, thank you for the inquiry. "rBST" is the acronym for "recombinant bovine somatotropin" also commonly referred to as "rBGH" or "recombinant bovine growth hormone." "rBST/rBGH" is the commercially available growth hormone for aiding cows in producing more milk. At Turner's our local family farm partners have pledged NOT to use artifical growth hormones on their cows. Saying "rBST free" or "rBGH free" is simply another way to state this fact. Rest assured that when you choose Turner's you know exaclty where your milk comes from: Local hardworking dairy farmers who pledge NOT to use artificial growth hormones on their cows.
